We're married for over a month now!

Less than 20 days

The day is getting really close and I am in like a big emotional mess right now. I have to put my programs together along with other details that I have to do.

I am sitting at work.. bawling my eyes out. ugh!

every little detail- Music

I never really image how much detail there is in a wedding. Yes, I've been thinking about this day for the longest time. Only 46 days until the wedding. I am freaking out this week. Why I am freaking out this week? Well I just came back from Myrtle Beach with my fiancee's family. It was a lot of fun. I didn't think about the wedding at all over the one week. After I came back, I was just chilling because I just want to relax and go back to reality. After all that being said, I am nervous. I've been emailing my vendors back and forth, trying to figure out when we should meet to finish up with all the details. I like being prepare before I met with them. I have about a month until I met with all of them. Let start off with this detail that I think its one of the most important part of the wedding, MUSIC.

Music is a big deal with me. I love music. Music is love and my life. P always love to listen to Cannon in D. Of course that will be the song I will be walking down from the isle. I've been trying to find other music for our ceremony. I think I have that all set. I haven't figure out who will walk in what order yet.

I am pretty ecstatic about the reception wedding party entrance. I already have the songs I want. I can't wait until it comes together. I hope their is no complains from the wedding party OR ELSE! It will be a def. fun wedding. I found the perfect song for the father and daughter dance. Every time I listen to the song. I just want to cry. Its so beautiful. I hope my dad will like the song too. P doesn't really care what song for the son and mother dance, so I picked out.... let keep that a surprise for my guests *in case they are reading this*

I am sick and tired of hearing "Single Ladies" by Beyonce during the bouquet toss. I have been researching and I found a great song and its a Beyonce song. Do you know which one? I am going with being different route. I don't like these over played wedding songs. I like to be different.

I love NKOTB, BSB, all these boy band and Justin Beiber! I want to incorporate their music into the wedding, especially Jordan Knight and NKOTB <3 P likes the dance music. We will have a good amount of songs to play during dinner and on the dance floor. What kind of music will you have for your wedding day?

Yeah, no shopping for anything for the next 2 weeks. Let see how long this will last. Like seriously, I've been buying things for myself or for the wedding every week. Its getting out of hand. I need to stop and save on for certain items I need to buy, example his wedding band and his wedding gift. Those 2 items are quite expensive. I def. need to save up a bit for those. I am going to also try not to spend too much money on lunch, $20 a week! I will bring my own lunch the next 2 weeks but I might buy something incase I get tired of eating ham and cheese every day. I have no idea how my fiancee does it for like 2 years now. Crazy?? I know.

I have no idea how much I was spending or how much I was buying until I look into my bank account. Like where did my money go? On food and clothes/accessories. ugh!

Anyways, lets talk about my wedding updates. Few weeks ago we did our engagement photos in Boston. We are still waiting for our photos. I can't wait to see them and how they look. It should be any time now. I can't wait to use them part of our wedding. I got some ideas and tricks in mind. Hopefully, they will turn out well. We just mailed most of our invitations this weekend. I still have some I need to mail out that are out of state, once I confirm the addresses. So far our family received them and they all love it! I already received a few RSVP too! I love getting those in the mail every day! Its exciting so far we haven't got any NAYS! yay! Next post I will post up some sneak peeks of the invitations and probably the SAVE THE DATEs as well!

5 more months until the wedding day, 5 more freaking months! I might be a little stress or very anxious but my feelings are all over the place that I can’t even explain. Today, I definitely feel like I want to cry because I am scared the wedding won’t be “perfect”. What is a “perfect” wedding? I have no clue, so why am I stressing out? *shrugs* I bet a lot of brides are going through the same thing as me. I had a conversation with my FSIL how I am worry about the wedding won’t goes as plan. She said that I have to trust all the people that are helping me with the wedding planning and that I will be the only person that will see all these minor details that doesn’t even matter. FSIL also was telling me that she went to a wedding where the bride locked herself in the dressing room for an hour! She was crying about how her guests were not having fun and things weren’t going the way was plan. I can see myself doing that, I hope I won’t though. (If any of my BMs are reading this, please don’t let this happen. Thanks!)

I have people telling me all these horror stories on their friend’s wedding is making me nervous.

Anyways, a lot of things are coming up soon. Our food tasting is coming up in a few weeks. We can’t wait for that and also discuss on some wedding details with the event coordinator. A week after that will be our engagement pictures. I still haven’t figured out what to wear yet and should we change up some clothes as well? Prior to get our pictures taken, I am getting my make-up trial that early afternoon. I guess I will be all glam up for the photo session. I just don’t know what to do with the hair, leave it the way it is natural? I know for sure that my makeup inspiration is going to be Princess Kate’s makeup look on her wedding day.

All over the place

Yes, I am all over the place with this wedding planning. I have come to realize I have 9 months to plan this wedding of mine. I haven't done anything over the holidays beside getting my dress. I am surprised that my dress only took less than a month to come in. However, I haven't gone to pick up my dress because I have no idea where to put it. I was expecting the dress to come in around February. I know, I know. I need to go pick it up soon. Hopefully this weekend.

So this weekend, I have planned to do more research on photographer and DJ. I haven't booked anyone yet. I've contacted a few vendors but everyone is so expensive unless my fiance and I are not being realistic with our budget on DJ and Photographer. My MOH, Bridesmaids, Fiance and I are going to this Wedding Expos at the Seaport Convention Center in Boston, MA. I am very excited to go to this. I can't wait to see what they have and stuff. I was able to get Free admission for me and a guest (this only valid if you are a bride or groom). They also offer this pre-registration online for 2 for 1 admission. I did all my research for this event so I don't have to go broke in my wallet. The tickets are going for $15 at the door unless you receive an email for free admission or pre-registration.

We're also going shopping for the MOH and bridesmaid. I have an idea what I want them to wear but I want to make sure they like it also. I hope I find something for them soon because I just want to get this over with :)

I really like this style of dress not the color though. I do want them in tea length dress but if I find something simliar to this and they like it. I don't mind the long dresses.
